Mass Intention Request Form

If you need to arrange a mass intention  please submit your request here. All mass intentions are scheduled solely by Betty in the main office. Once this form is received, you will be contacted by Betty via phone or email.  Mass intention is not confirmed until Betty contacts you.

We kindly request that mass intentions be made at least one month in advance, or earlier if possible.
